The metal spike roller releases trapped air from epoxy, polyurethane and self-levelling compounds after pouring. Rolling the wet surface breaks bubbles that would otherwise cure into pinholes and weak spots.
Spikes are set at an even spacing so the roller passes through the coating without dragging it. A sturdy frame keeps the roller running straight across wide pours, and the head takes a standard extension pole for working at a comfortable height.
